In a day when we are more polarized than ever, Mosaic forms communities of peacemakers equipped to transform conflict and injustice in their neighborhood and throughout the world.
The church is called to be a force for peace and reconciliation. Sadly, many are stuck, unsure how to address pervasive societal divisions and entrenched wounds. Mosaic offers a path forward. Through immersive learning, trusted peer relationships, and reflective retreats, leaders and their congregations are equipped to become active peacemakers.

Peacemaking Changes Our Expectation of What’s Possible
Peacemaking isn’t abstract—it’s deeply local. In the months following their participation in a peacemaking for pastors cohort, one congregation launched a community-wide listening campaign to understand the real challenges their neighbors face. What emerged was a renewed sense of shared purpose and mission, rooted in compassion and the call to repair. Their story is just one of many that show how this program empowers churches to be agents of change.
“How does following Jesus equip us in this world? Telos is an essential partner for the work that we’re doing here.”
- Jason M., Lead Pastor, South Bend City Church, Peacemaking for Pastors Cohort participant
